TRU-CO has the capacity and experience to build anything from a small site office to a large scale multi-family or commercial development across North America. TRU-CO has the ability to offer a full turn-key project – from concept development to engineering design to module fabrication to site construction – or any scope of work in between.
Our Modular units are manufactured and audited to CSA A277 – Factory Certification of Buildings standards under a strict quality prog ram in our 40,000+ square foot certified manufacturing facility located in Bow Island, Alberta.
Our leadership team brings together experts from construction, manufacturing, finance, development and energy and we are committed to changing the way we approach building. Tony is a passionate serial philantropreneur that believes the most powerful force in the world is authentic human connection. He fancies himself as an artist, mainly drawing the best out of people. He believes that life should be fun, and brings an air of enjoyment and energy to the work space. Hobbies include wakesurfing, flying & traveling with his wife and 2 kids.
Jim Moore is TRUCO’s VP Operations and passionately leads his troops to be the very best and safest in the industry. Jim is not only a modular guru, he is also a BBQ champion and is known to masterfully smoke pork to perfection
CPA, CA - CFO
Rob is a professional financial leader with extensive experience driving and facilitating strategic growth in privately held companies. Rob has accounting blood running through his veins and safely guides TRUCO on an ambitious growth plan. If you can’t find Rob in the office you will likely find him on the golf course.
Melissa is the Office Manager, going above and beyond to help others. A master coordinator and organizer with her ‘take care of business attitude’ helps to keep the office world revolving. Along with being a Starbucks devotee, a football follower and a Michael Buble fan, she is a fur mom to three dogs. You can follow their adventures on Instagram @the3perroamigos

Rhys heads up TRUCO’s business development and believes that TRUCO has the chance to change the world by offering a truly revolutionary way to build. By working together, we can build a more sustainable society in which everyone has a beautiful place to live.
Design & Engineering Manager
Steve Port heads up TRUCO’s Design & Estimating teams and has a strong belief that we can offer quality modular buildings that will change how the construction industry views modular construction.
Abe Neufeld is TRUCO’s Estimator, his desire is to inspire a world full of curious, organic eating, and dark chocolate loving souls. Inspiring people through conversation, by sharing his quirks and passions for the things that can be. Abe revels in taking the world we all know and turning it around, so we can view it from a strange, but strangely enlightening angle.
Production & HR Manager
Jacob passionately runs the TRU-CO Facility with the efficiency of an automotive plant, whilst taking immense pride in engaging employees to be successful in the Modular world. Jacob dreams of one day being the Mayor of Bow Island, speaks 4 languages, and enjoys going camping with his family.
Senior Project Manager
Nick has nearly 20 years of experience in residential and commercial design and construction. As a Senior Project Manager at TRU-CO, Nick is a team-player and approaches all projects with a strong strategic focus and dedication towards achieving project goals. Nick is a devoted family man, likes to work-out in front of the mirror, and considers himself the best-looking guy in the company
Project Development Manager
Devin provides leadership through the pre-construction phase to ensure close collaboration with our Clients and design teams, and works to pursue opportunities for value engineering and design optimization. Devin is a P.Eng with PMP and has a diverse construction project experience within the commercial modular industry. Devin lives and breathes construction and typically goes to bed at night dreaming of mass-timber design. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves the Raptors.
Quality Assurance Manager
Jake is a lifer at TRU-CO, having worked in various roles such as Shop Manager, HR Manager and most recently as QA Manager. Jake is passionate about seeing the project from start to finish and takes great pride in delivering a top-quality product every time. Jake is extremely passionate about the In2action Charity program and the difference it has made in people’s lives. Jake is also a local business entrepreneur, speaker of two languages, and a dedicated family man.
TRU-CO is committed to giving back to the communities in which we live and work. We support initiatives dedicated to improving peoples’ lives and circumstances. All of our employees are involved in these programs, and over the past few years the TRU-CO family has provided more than $320,000 to support our communities and people in need.
