Tony Isaac, President & CEO
Tony is an established entrepreneur and innovative business leader with a successful history of team building. He has successfully started businesses and charities, and has a keen interest in developing people into leaders within their field. He successfully started TRU-CO Structures Inc. in 2006 with 2 employees, and grew it to 140+ employees in 2014. Tony views his employees as team members, and has a unique ability to motivate and lead with positive inspiration. He has an absolute unwavering commitment to honesty and integrity in all areas of his life, and demands the same from his teammates. Tony thrives on new and unique challenges which require him to draw on his experience and knowledge, as well as tap into his team for support.
Tony has extensive experience in the Oil & Gas, Forestry, Agriculture, Construction, Transportation and other sectors. Experience includes: Building design and drafting, research and development, strategic planning, staffing and team building, sales and marketing, administration, business alliance and business growth. Tony is very active within his community. He currently is a member of the Bow Island Fire Department, a coach for his son’s hockey team and sits on various local boards. He is a founder and director of the IN2Action Foundation, which is a charitable organization that has both local and international outreaches. He is a volunteer coach for Choices Seminars (personal development program). Currently he is a member of YPO (business forum) and Corpath Forum. Tony is a family man, married to his wife for 12 years with 2 children.
Keith Isaac, Vice President
Keith originates from a farming background and loves working with people. This experience led Keith to a job in sales, which he truly enjoys as it allows him to meet new people. Keith has been married for 45 years to Marian, his childhood sweetheart. They have 5 children, 3 sons and 2 daughters. They are proud grandparents of 14 grand kids. Family, friends and faith are very important to Keith. He spends the winters with his wife in Arizona and is looking forward to retirement and future travels.
Henry Heinrichs, Sr. Operations Manager
Henry has an extensive background in the building and construction industries. He is an innovative and focused individual that lets nothing stand in the way of customer service and product quality. He shares Tony’s view that ethics and honesty are non-negotiable. He has been with TRU-CO for 5 years, starting on the shop floor and serving in multiple positions including: Inventory supervisor, junior purchaser, senior purchaser, production manager, operations manager and now his current role of Senior Operations Manager. His steady focused pursuit of excellence has enabled him to excel in every position he has held within the organization. Under his guidance, TRU-CO has achieved 95%+ success in meeting our construction deadlines. Prior to joining our company Henry ran his own general construction company.
Jake Neustaeter, Sr. Production Manager
Jake has been with TRU-CO for 8 years. He started out on the shop floor in a Quality control and supervisory role, and moved up the ladder to his current position. He is a large reason for the success of the company, as he believes that taking care of others will come back to take care of himself and the company. He is a very detail oriented individual, with a solid moral compass. He takes deadlines and product quality very seriously, and works tirelessly to ensure his employees have all the resources they need to perform at their peak levels, both in efficiency and quality. He was managing a workforce of up to 130 employees, with efficiencies and job satisfaction at an all-time high. He has experience in: Project management, scheduling, Quality control, Human resources, Human motivation, Culture promotion and more. He is active on various boards around the community. Jake worked in Agriculture and construction prior to joining our company.
Melissa Moen-Hauer, Sr. Office Manager
Melissa has been with our company for 5 years in an administration role. She is a very compassionate and detail oriented individual, and brings untold value to the senior management team. She has an unwavering resolve for making the company and surrounding communities a better place by bringing ethics and compassion to the workplace. She has extensive accounting, bookkeeping, organizational and Human Resources experience, both in her current and past positions. She is an active volunteer in various organizations. She is proud to be able to make a difference and in the community that is her hometown.

Abe Neufeld, Sr. Quality Control Manager
Known for his cheerful, joyful, and sometimes charmingly odd personality, Abe believes that he is that one person that can be the change in the world. He finds purpose and meaning in sharing his love and joy for life and family, hoping that it may inspire others. He is family-oriented and will go to great lengths to ensure the "happiness" of his personal or work family where everyone flourishes. Abe has an intense passion for learning and personal development, always searching for opportunities to advance his knowledge.
Abe Neufeld has a vision of being a superior leader by using his own uniqueness. He is an innovative and detail oriented individual, continually pushing for better methods and systems to improve quality. He brings an outside the box voice to the senior management team. He is the liaison between our company and the various certification and inspection companies. Abe has an extensive background in drafting and designing fine finished and detail oriented wood work. Prior to coming to TRU-CO he worked for a high end custom cabinet shop. Abe has been a member of the TRU-CO team since the fall of 2012.
